Oli O'Connor

Oli takes the creative lead on all projects, project manages all work and is heavily involved in all design output. He has over 10 years experience working within the design industry and is a stickler for detail.
Tori Hancock
Co-founder & Photographer
Tori is primarily a photographer, specialising in food and lifestyle photography here at Field. The work she has shot has been featured in countless publications and is used in many of our clients' websites. She contributes creatively to all of our work providing art direction and visual guidance.
Dave Speake
Development Director
Dave brings over a decade of e-commerce experience and is well-versed in both frontend and backend development. He is hugely knowledgable on the Shopify platform having used it since its infancy and takes the lead on all Craft CMS projects.
Katy Gibson-Hill
Senior Designer
Katy is heavily involved in all design and provides creative support in all our projects. Always curious and in tune with design and experience best practice. Katy has worked with us since 2018 and holds a First class honours degree in Graphic Communication from Norwich University of the Arts.
Haydon Curteis-Lateo
Junior Developer
Haydon is the newest member of the Field team having recently graduated from Lorem ipsum with a Lorem ipsum dolor em. He is involved in all development and provides project support in all of our work.
